 Terms and conditions of Freizeitpark Märchenwald:
For now enjoy hours of discovery and experience. For all the joy and the fun you have, we ask you not to leave too usual considerations and precautions into account. That means above all to show for itself and for other responsibilities and allow the rules of politeness not pass unnoticed. 1.Parking On our car parks apply the rules and signs of the road (STVO) To ensure a smooth traffic in this area, it is necessary to follow carefully the directions given by our guardians. 2. Admission The terrain of the parks may only be entered with valid tickets at the designated entrances for visitors. The tickets must be kept during the visit and shown on request. The tickets are only valid on the date of purchase. The admissions shall expire by the leaving the park. Persons who are under the influence of drugs and alcohol, may not enter to the park and may be refused or expelled from the park. 3. General safety a) Dogs and other pets are not allowed! b) The fire regulations in the park must be observed. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and forested terrain. c) Visitors may not leave the roads and squares. d) The possession and carrying of weapons or dangerous objects is prohibited on the grounds of the park. e) In your own interest you have to follow the arrangements made by the staff of the park. Deliberately noise and the operation of noisy portable radios, mobile phones, MP3 player is prohibited. 4. Use of the facilities and attractions in the park The facilities in the park are available within the particular use policy. Please note each of the orders of the operators. If you willfully disregard operating instructions and the instructions of the operating staff, you can be excluded by the staff from using the attraction without causing a surrogate. This applies even if you try to bypass people in the queue. Damage reports All facilities in the park are well maintained and monitored. If you still get hurt with no fault of your own, then please report the damage before leaving the park at the entrance. A claim for damages is excluded, if the claims report is done later than that period and after leaving the park. 9. House right
The amusement park Märchenwald has the right to send persons off the park grounds, that violate these terms and conditions or are found without lawful admission tickets on the terrain. We wish you a peaceful and beautiful day in the amusement park Märchenwald.
